Today Vale is a personal project of its owner, Issa Ahmad, a master's student in Madrid, and has no company.
Spain's e-commerce law (LSSI, article 10) asks service providers to show this information permanently and easily. The official FAQ says the law applies when there is income, direct or indirect (for example advertising or affiliate commissions), and does not apply to a personal page with no economic activity. Whether the free demo is covered is a question for the lawyer. The safe plan is to publish this page once the site is public. Lawyer
2. What this site is
An early, free demo that proposes example plans for a day in Madrid. Every place, price and partner is made up. Nothing is booked, charged or sent. See the Terms of use.
3. Intellectual property

4. Links
This demo does not link to partners. If it ever does, links will be marked, you will see a "You are leaving Vale" notice, and the partner's own terms will apply.
5. Accessibility
Vale is built to be used with a keyboard, has visible focus, labelled controls, dialogs that trap and restore focus, light and dark themes with checked colour contrast, and no sideways scrolling at 360 pixels wide. It has not been tested with a screen reader, Safari, Firefox or Windows high-contrast mode, and it has not been audited by anyone outside the project.
